The DART line is designed to meet the needs of photonic instruments, UAS imaging, and life science companies looking for smart motion solutions with longer travel and lower cost for high-volume applications.
The DART Smart Linear Actuator builds on New Scale’s proprietary SQUIGGLE® technology, offering a greater range of motion and higher force. DART is well-suited to applications like microscope lens positioning, drone gimbal imaging, and diagnostic instrument sample scanning, offering:

The DART DM3-L/LS product family offers 10x the force and 4x more stroke, at an expected price point of 30% less than competitive available solutions. These all-in-one linear motion systems include the motor, motor driver, linear guide mechanism, position sensor, microprocessor, and embedded firmware. No external controller is required! Also included is New Scale Pathway™ PC software that eases integration and provides access to stage settings, scripted motion commands, diagnostics, and more.
