Since 2005, Qin has invented, developed, and commercialized many of New Scale’s products. He has a deep knowledge of New Scale’s core technical capabilities. In the new role of CTO, Qin reports to the CEO and is responsible for ensuring our technical competencies are embedded in all products and processes and we deliver the highest performance to New Scale’s customers.
